The quality of the bag is great with loads of compartment. What's more amazing is the speed of delivery, order placed during lunch, I received it during dinner!
Bag was delivered promptly but upon opening the parcel, I noticed the bottle that I opted for came badly cracked and damaged. I reached out to them straight away hoping for some help. But a week has passed and no one reached out, instead, this review link was sent instead. I waited a few more days hoping for someone to contact me, but alas, there was no reply and here I am.

Bag arrived within 5 days. Was very pleased with the design and very spacious. Many freebies but the 1000ml bottle was missing. Customer service was poor. Not even a reply from them. But the bag was of good quality. Might consider getting a second one.

1 of the best backpack I ever had…from the design to the light weight to the compartments. Not once did I feel any heaviness on my shoulders after packing the bag with my stuffs. Very good tactical/EDC bag without breaking the bank. Most bags of this quality and design would cost 2-3 times more. Really nothing bad to say. Pretty cool they come with gifts of your choice as well
