- We offer a Sitewide FREE Delivery for ALL Purchases. That's right! You get FREE Delivery even when purchasing a Single Patch.
- Expedited Deliveries are available with a dedicated delivery team should you wish to get your items urgently. They will be delivered latest by 2359hrs on the next day. Should you require your parcel within a even shorter timeframe, please contact us and we will review your request on a case by case basis.
- Please Note that Deliveries may take slightly longer during Sale / Holiday periods. We seek your patience & understanding on this.
WHO will deliver my Items
- Your order will be delivered either by our own delivery team or by our shipping partners NinjaVan & SingPost.Â
HOW are my items delivered?
- Majority of items will be delivered direct to your doorstep and may be placed outside if there is no response upon ringing the bell.
- For Private properties (Condos / Landed Properties) the delivery attempt may be aborted if access is an issue (no one answering the intercom).Â
WHERE do you deliver to?

As much as possible, please indicate your residence for the shipping address. This is the most straightforward location that our team can "touch and go" (clear one location in less than 3 mins and move on to the next). This seamless movement allows us to handle more deliveries a day and everyone gets their items faster :)
- All other locations will be on a case-by-case basis. Office locations limits our timings to within office hours only. Hostels require us to "meet-up" where our team might be required to text while driving & pose a risk to their safety.
