BEFORE RECEIVING YOUR ORDER

Order Modification / Cancellation

  • Once orders are confirmed and processed, no cancellations or modifications are allowed once they’ve been packed and ready to ship. You may contact us to check if your order is still eligible for cancellation or if you still wish to add / remove items from your order.

AFTER RECEIVING YOUR ORDER

All Exchange and Warranty Periods Commence from the day items are delivered, NOT when you use it for the first time.

    Exchange Policy

    • All Exchanges will incur a flat $10 Restocking fee to cover costs.
    • To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition (tags intact, unused, unwashed, unaltered, free of pet hair) that you received it.
    • Customized Items and Gift Cards are not eligible for an exchange.

    Warranty Policy

    • Our Warranty Policy covers defects in materials or workmanship.
    • Our Warranty Policy does not cover degradation from normal wear tear over the natural lifespan of the materials. (E.g if issues only start appearing after a year, we will not be able to cover the defects)
    • Within the first 48 hours, please inspect your item and highlight to us anything unsatisfactory. We will review your request and arrange for a 1-1 Exchange if necessary.
